Harvest Time
This is a camera phone image that has been digitally retouched to become my artistic expression for the day. It needs a title. Go ahead and leave your suggestion.
These simple tomatoes were grown in my garden and the family has been having a good laugh because this shape of this particular brand echo the backsides of human beings. Each one has had it's own personality.
I forgot which kind of tomato plant it is but it's an heirloom variety that I picked up on a whim at the garden store. There are not many seeds and it cooks well and each bite tastes like sunshine and earth.
Today I also lament the loss of two lemons. Those two lovely Meyer Lemons growing on our potted tree enjoyed much loving care. I trust the squirrels are enjoying Whisky Sours with those prize lemons.
